Quality Assurance
Centres must have an effective internal quality assurance system for identifying and verifying candidates’ eligibility for assessment arrangements in National Qualifications. The following guidance documents outline our principles and processes for a robust quality assurance system. Please read these alongside Assessment Arrangements Explained: Information for Centres.
Support and examples of good practice can be found in the AA toolkit and in the Requesting Assessment Arrangements SQA Academy Course.
As part of your Quality Assurance process, you must have confirmation from your candidate(s) that they have been made aware that some personal information will be shared with SQA as part of the request process.
