For EACH of the last four fiscal years (i.e. 2019/20 - 2022/23, as of September 30), please can you tell me: The TOTAL number of data protection breaches under GDPR recorded by the SQA. The TOTAL number of data protection breaches under GDPR reported to the Information Commissioner's Office. Ideally, I wish this information to be broken down by type of breach (i.e. security, incorrect disclosure, etc.).
