FOI22/23 019 Working from home

I wish to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act (FOI). Please contact me back in the first instance so I can confirm that the request has been received and passed to the correct person. The information I require is as follows (all queries relate to the current SQA examinations diet) : 

1. Please provide the percentage or ratio of your staff that are working from home during the exam diet period, versus working at an SQA office.

As part of our Smarter Working Programme, SQA introduced hybrid working arrangements during 2021. This enables colleagues, where business needs allow, to work from either their home or the office.

The number of colleagues in our offices vary on a daily basis and the figures quoted below are therefore indicative and are based on all colleagues, not only those directly working on exam diet activities.

Total head count              -              1113 (this includes 78 permanent home-based colleagues)
