1. Are my details safe?

Yes. SQA have taken all of the necessary steps to ensure your personal information is safe. All data provided is encrypted and stored on secure servers. Your information will not be shared with other parties (see our Privacy Policy). Our payment provider uses best practice security and anti-fraud measures, for more information refer to the WorldPay site.

2. How long does it take to order?

It will only take five minutes to complete an order. Once you have selected the products you need we only require some basic contact details and payment information.

3. When will my card be debited?

The payment transaction will be completed immediately. WorldPay will provide confirmation of your payment details via e-mail.

4. When will I get my order?

Replacement certificates will be despatched to you within 3 weeks depending on the processes required to locate your information.

5. What if I want to cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order for replacement certificates, please contact us straight away, as payment becomes non-refundable once we have begun your search. Please contact replacement.certificates@sqa.org.uk for certificate order queries or call our Customer Contact Centre on 0845 279 1000.
