The Candidate Registration Creation form is to register candidates under the age of 16 with SQA. This form is for candidates who are part of the Scottish school system, SCN’s must be retrieved from their schools. If your candidate hasn’t been part of the Scottish school system, email candidate.records@sqa.org.uk for advice on registration.
